Submission period: From 13:00 Sept. 7 to 13:00 Sept. 21, 2022.

Application software:

PDF (Acrobat). Please do not set your security options on the pdf file.

Page size and length:

ISO A4 (210*297 mm), 1 page for 15 min presentation (regular presentation), 1-5 pages (invited presentation).

Margins:

20 mm for top, left, right, and bottom. Please refer to the standard format.

Font size:

11-point

Spacing:

Single spacing for all text material

Title:

Use 14-point and boldface type. Capitalize the first letter of nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs.

Author(s):

Insert a circle or asterisk before the name of the presenting author.

Main text:

The main text should be composed of two columns.

Your submitted extended abstract including their electronic versions or other media shall become the exclusive right of The Japan Petroleum Institute (JPI) and may not be reproduced elsewhere without JPI's permission. And the "Extended Abstracts" will be open on the website.
